A Quick Curry | Vinay’s Blog

This week I cooked a Lamb curry with chickpeas, Punjabi sauce and mixed spices.

It is usually a restaurant curry with yogurt with onions butter and ginger.

After I cooked it, I let it simmer for 30 minutes. it is a good dish and is perfect with rice or noodles.

I finished it in under 20 minutes!
