Spring is a wonderful time, not only has the garden come alive but this morning I woke to the sound of lovely birdsong.
There is lot of activity in the garden. The Blue Tits have nested in the birdbox mounted high on the wall facing the kitchen so we can see the comings and goings.
A family of Longtailed tits have nested in the hollow of our crab apple tree. The parents having been flying backwards and forwards all day with their beaks full of goodies for their baby birds all day.
There are a family of robins around as usual and today we have had a single Jay prowling about. There are also the Wood Pidgeon’s waddling about as if they own this place!
I just love spring!
Stay safe everybody, Kate.
