My blog is about the gym.
In the gym I do a 1-hour session. I also do my stretches. It benefits me and helps me to keep healthy. I like to go on the treadmill every time I go to the gym.
I am proud of what I achieve at the gym. Its also good to think about being healthy and have a good diet.
I still go swimming and I makes me feel chilled. Especially with the hot weather.
I do 30-35 minutes in the gym, 10 minutes on the weights, 20 minutes on the bike and then I try to finish with a swim.
